I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin
Interview
I sent in my resume, and originally started working on the floor. I have since progressed, and now have a cubicle, desk phone etc. Didn't really have to interview, as they knew me from working there before
Received a email for online interview after applying for intern position on their website. The interview was more behavioral than technical and asked me more about my resume and projects from school and the behavioral like why did you choose us, and what are some times you worked in a team. There were 6 people in the meeting: 2 managers, one program lead, and 3 engineers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin in Apr 2025
Interview
I was called for an interview late March of 2025 and was scheduled to meet with some team members in a week later. I was told that I would be getting a confirmation email, but never got this email. A week later, I get another call, asking to reschedule my interview, which I then proceeded to do. It went well and the people I met with said I would be kept in touch. Two weeks go by of me continuously emailing HR about an application update, only to get asked if I still had interest. After confirming my interest, I then did not hear back from anyone for another two weeks. After those two weeks, I received another call asking to meet on teams again, which I did. This interview was very short and felt like I was not convincing anyone I should get hired before I even began speaking. I then got no response from the company for another week, only to get an automated rejection email. The process was very long and disappointing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was one interview with two engineering managers, overall mostly behavioral along with a description of the technical experience I've had as a student. I would also suggest researching the division you will be working for, as Parker has many different industries that they contribute to.
