The interview was 4 separate interviews. The first interview was a recruiter. The second interview was Parker HR. The 3rd and 4th were with the business manager. The first three interviews were generic in nature. They asked mostly about my background and experience. The 4th interview asked more theoretical management questions.

1 interview in person at the Plant, 3 over zoom using Microsoft teams. Most interviews had more than 1 person in them, asking me questions about how I would handle different situations

They asked a lot of questions about how you relate to people
