Difficult interview
Application
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin
Interview
One of the most involved interview processes I have experienced. I first interviewed on campus. This interview was followed up by a phone call, then a trip to the corporate office. There, I was joined with other final candidates (approximately 40?) I interviewed 6 times with 6 different groups. It is a round robin type of interview experience. From there, the Group representatives basically hold and NFL Draft style drawing (not at that moment - but among themselves at a later date). I was fortunate to get placed into the group that I preferred to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard - I dont remember too many odd ball questions. Typical "why do you want to work here, what are your hobbies or interests, what makes you think you would be a good fit," etc
Initially applied via an online job post. An outsourced recruiter reached out about a week or two later to briefly discuss experience and salary requirements. About a week later, had a video call with the hiring manager for about 30 min. that covered mostly experience and resume details. Then I was asked to take an aptitude test that asked basic knowledge of math and physics in addition to a personality test. About four weeks after the video call with the hiring mgr, I had a follow up video call with their HR director that lasted about an hr or so. Two weeks later, a director reached out for a final interview. I decided to not move forward with the final interview.

Interview
Typically, enter this role through the TSA (technical sales associate) 1 year program or outside “market” hire. Interview is typically comprised of a few different rounds. They focus on your ability to relocate and not be tied to a particular location and want to ensure you are a cultural fit to that particular area of the US. Large importance placed on ability to hold conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell me about yourself 2. What would your worst enemy say about you 3. Weakness/ strength explain actions 4. How open are you to relocation?

Interview
Lengthy interview process. They try to get a read on your personality more than your technical proficiency. I was asked about my hobbies and other details near the bottom of my resume. They give you a good chance to make a good impression.
