The interview was friendly and mostly conversational, and the questions were straightforward. For the most part, the interviewers were just trying to get a feel for your personality. It seems like, for the first round of interviews, what's on your CV and your ability to laugh and smile at the right moments are what's paramount.

A firm recruiter contacted me and we set up an interview date and time. Within a week or two I attended a video call with the attorneys in the department where I would work.
