The HR and the plant manager were very welcoming. Had a phone interview as well as a face to face interview. I was given a tour of the plant. Had to interview with the President of the company as well. The president was very approachable. Had a good experience overall.

Question 1
Please tell us about your previous experience and why do you want to work for us?
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Trutec (Springfield, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
It consists of three rounds. First with the Engineering Supervisor, who just asks general questions about you and what are you looking for as an employee. This includes a plant tour, and in total takes about an hour. The second round is with an HR representative and the Senior Engineer, who ask more standard interview questions. This lasts 30 minutes. The third and final interview is with the President and Plant Manager, who would like to get to know you before agreeing to send an offer.
