Contaced by recruiter on LinkedIn. Went through a phone screening interview with the recruiter. After the screening, I kept contacting the recruiter for updates, but got evasive responses. After more than a month, I was contacted for a proper interview with two company associates. The interview was online. I shortly received an official offer from them, but to start several months later, and contingent on their needs.

Interview
I emailed and applied on their website as well took around 20 days to get a response regarding the job application. I was scheduled for a 15 mins telephonic interview, which was for the initial selection. I was ghosted and didn't get a response back, even after emails.
