Interview
Phone interview, followed by a different dated f/f visit. Six other developers took turns with their questions. REALLY nice folks. Then the code test - had to write a tic-tac-toe application in an hour or so.

Question 1
Not sure how it was phrased but something like: "Tell me about delegates". Should have stuck with the tried and true "functions that take other functions as parameters" or talked about event handlers. I overstudied that one and couldn't recall salient points of what I had studied. All pretty basic OOP stuff.
