once they recieved my resume, they promptly set up an interview with me. The interview was very conversational, and they had a lot of questions to ask as per their packet. unfortunately, they strung me along with positive feedback for about three months while making their decision. it was heartbreaking to have them call my references twice and then send me a generic email with no offer.
