Very lengthy, multiple interviews, personality tests, and a questionnaire. After I completed all the interviews and did everything else they asked, they checked my background (which is clean) and called my references (they all gave me stellar recs) they sent me a very generic, impersonal email stating the company chose to go in a different direction. After spending multiple hours on interviews and preparations, and after wasting the time of my references, I expected a more personal message. When I asked what I could have done to change the outcome, I was ghosted.

They did a group interview which wasn’t ideal at all. The recruiter for the firm was very nice and sweet, but basically read off of a script. They inform you if you have made it to the second interview. I did so then I was sent this series of questions which took a while to answer, but I was relieved that they were so in-depth. Needless to say, I was not chosen to move forward.
