Had communication over email, set up an interview shortly after. Communication with the recruiter was not very informational. Interviewed in person with two other persons. Both interviewers were pleasant to speak with.

Interview
I had a phone interview first and then an in-person interview. My phone interview was with the two managers of digital marketing. The in-person interview was with one of the managers of digital marketing and the VP of Operations. Both interviews were very casual and they mostly asked questions about my previous experience and what I would bring to the table as an intern.

Was brought on in the merger of two agencies, so I didn't interview. Sometimes they interviewed intern candidates in the lobby where everyone could watch. Make sure your social media is good!
