Sent my resume via email, and then got a reply from the CEO for a technical interview (whiteboard) in-person. Had the whiteboard interview (2 questions) followed by a quick and awkward 5 minute chat. Did not hear back.

Interview
The interview is in a tea shop. It's a start up company. It's generally a technical interview. Firstly, it gives you a scenario where the client is not satisfied with the service and what should be replied. Then Strings operations are asked. Then, the background and the business of the company was described.
