Quite extensive and confusing. Not different from other BPO company interviews. Be prepared for situational questions. They definitely expect you to answer with the STAR method. The interview process is usually three rounds.

Interview
Quick, virtual and efficient, interview and test results were provided real time and through email. Recruiter and Operations interviewers are accomodating and warm, they make sure you will be comfortable and not intimidated.
It was done on video interview. Interview had easy questions. I was met with job rejection. Young interviewers need to work on their people skills. They were rude and not interviewing right. I felt it was ageism. Interview is a waste of time. They didn't seem much welcoming.
