The process goes quickly and everyone is really nice. It's just a lot of work so you need to make sure you want this job as you go through the process. Otherwise it is good experience to practice.

The main things they're looking for here is how you sell and how you can interact with people in a sales role

Interview
I had two interviews and one of them was also a presentation with the Director and CSO. They were both kind but also helpful. I felt it was well handled with a good mix of difficulty.
1. Really laid back first call with the CEO, essentially just getting to know each other.
2. Then was introduced to head of Sales where we did a phone sales role play which was very fair and tested my sales skills.
3. Third interview was in the office where I met with every team member and it was very comprised of questions related to my experience and skills and how I could help the team in the long run with no weird questions you see in a LinkedIn article. Very practical.
4. One last interview with the CEO to ensure we were a good fit and then hired.
