Happy to waste the candidates' time and their own(?); eight rounds of interviews with previous grads/lower management who asked the same questions and didn't listen anyway. Large focus on what extracurricular activities I did at school. I was 24 at the time and I felt it was strange they saw this as relevant; I had graduated from university and had nearly two years experience working in finance. Some things that the interviewers said indicate an archaic and out of touch place of work. I interviewed almost 2 years ago and I use this as the benchmark for bad interviews.
