Interview
Standard for the interpreting process. They provide video samples in ASL and English for you to interpret. They do not monitor the process, which is nice, so you don't feel stressed. They do provide feedback, which is also helpful.
1:1 discussion that just asked about rates, nothing about dismantling the Audism or Ableism system oppression which is important. They did not even ask about our interpreting certification and whether we are licensed in RI or approved in the state of Massachusetts.
