I got to interview a while back and saw that this job was still open two months later. The position is one they keep ot there to have a roster of candidates. So when you apply, don't expect much. I hate companies that do that. You apply with the hope of a position. You study and learn as much as you can about the company, and then it may or may not be real. Just disappointing.
