Before meeting with anyone, you'll get a TestGorilla assessment. Those who know this will know the drill. Expect the 15 questions in 10 minutes kind of setup, a mix of rapid-fire trivia and coding questions that are quite stress inducing and really are there to see if you are a good test taker more than anything.

Question 1
As mentioned, it's a TestGorilla assessment.. It's broken down in separate sections, each taking about 10-15 minutes; React, CSS, .NET, numeric reasoning, and some custom questions you get to type your responses.
After submitting application, recruiter sent an email with a 90 minute, proctored (audio/video) technical assessment that asks to not use Internet or LLMs for assistance. The questions are quite detailed and rely on highly-specific information that I found difficult to recall as I usually just look it up and keep moving.

Interview
Interview process was relatively standard in the creative space. It started with an HR screening interview. Then a Department Interview with two department heads - Then HR assigned a practical project (create a video), then move forward and interview with the head of the department.
