I had an initial interview with a recruiter to see if my profile was a good match. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager, which went very well. After that, I was asked to complete a 4-hour interview with several different team members, which I agreed to. However, before scheduling it, I wanted to better understand the differences in the compensation package. I therefore had another conversation with the recruiter, who told me she would get back to me. I followed up several times by email but never received any response. This felt quite unprofessional, especially since I specifically asked for that second discussion with the recruiter to avoid wasting everyone’s time.
