Since then, we’ve worked to address the very concerns you’ve raised:
Preparation & Scheduling: We’ve introduced new tools and processes to make scheduling smoother and ensure our interviewers are fully prepared for every conversation.
Assessments: We recognized that some of our previous aptitude questions didn’t reflect the skills we value. We’ve since updated our assessment approach to better align with the work.
Candidate Experience: We’ve added checkpoints and internal expectations to ensure candidates receive timely, respectful communication throughout the process.
We know the interview process is a significant investment of time and energy, and we’re committed to making it more thoughtful and reflective of who we are as a company today. We appreciate the feedback—it’s helped us improve.
