Had an initial interview with HR, then another with a team member, and then a case study. Have not heard back since submitting the case study despite following up. Process was straightforward up to that point. HR screen was about 30 minutes covering background and interest in the role. Second round went deeper into relevant experience and fit with the team. Case study was reasonable in scope but turnaround expectations were not clearly communicated. Would have appreciated a response either way.

Process was pretty straightforward, First round was with a senior associate followed (phone call) followed by a second round with another senior member of their firm, Last round is the superday. Interview was mostly behavioral with some technicals.
