Interview
I was first contacted by phone to schedule a phone interview (general questions: goals, role model, define customer service, etc) . Then I had a Zoom meeting with the coordinator. During this meeting, I was given a test to show my Microsoft skills as well as knowledge on interviewing. Then I was scheduled another meeting with VP of HR and Director of HR.
