It started with a phone call from the recruiter and then multiple interviews within a day. The first was a "technical interview" where they asked me questions about my editing and filming skills. In an email they had previously said they would have me set up a project in Premiere but then changed it an hour before the interview to just chatting. Then I spoke with another person which was more of a traditional, but pretty casual interview.

Interview
The interview process began with an introductory phone call with a recruiter. After this initial call and reel/portfolio submission, there was a technical screening followed by a hiring manager screening. All of these conversations were welcoming and very insightful.
