I interviewed for the Digital Advertising Strategist role and the process was genuinely rigorous. Four interview rounds plus a reference check round. It was intense, but every stage pushed me to think harder, and I walked away from each one knowing more about Pattern and clearer on exactly how I could contribute.
What stood out most was the transparency. The recruiting team was incredibly responsive throughout, and before each round they gave me a clear sense of what to expect and how to prepare. That made a huge difference. I never felt like I was walking in blind, and it let me actually show my best self rather than scramble.
By the time the offer came through, I didn’t just feel excited, I felt like I’d earned it. The process was thorough enough that landing the role meant something. It also gave me real confidence that the team I’d be joining is thoughtful and intentional about who they bring on.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pattern (Lehi, UT) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was very robust. They know it's a longer process, but they're not shy about communicating that. They lean into wanting to find the best fit for their roles. It's a lot, but I respect it.
Pattern has a fairly lengthy process that they stick to with every candidate:
HR Screen
Hiring Manager Interview
Group Interview (2x)
Director Interview
CEO Approval
