Relaxed, and informative. I wouldn’t say it was easy, because you will have to prepare and know what you’re talking about. Itdoes require two interviews. One formal one and one photo test interview.

Interview
Answered some basic questions about resume with the senior manager, then met with the staff of the department for about a half hour. Second interview was with CEO. Negotiations for salary and start date, etc was done over the phone.
