Hello, I acknowledge this was a frustrating experience for you. The team work very hard to deliver timely communication so this is not representative of the experience we would like anyone to receive. Whilst not an excuse, we are implementing new systems currently across the Talent Acquisition team globally, they are all learning a new system, delivering business as usual, and facing an uplift of 30% in applications. Its possible your process was caught up in a perfect storm of new systems implementation and navigating this new environment. I know we will see much improvement across many processes as we continue to evolve our software to avoid missing expectations and I hope you will understand this was not deliberate.
