The entire process was disorganized. First stage is a recruiter call that went over 1 hour. Second stage was a 1 hour panel interview. Interviewers showed up late and appeared to be distracted during the interview which was apparent from their on-screen giggling and need for me to repeat questions when they were called on by name. Panel questions are similar to ones after a portfolio or case study presentation - just without the actual project context a presentation would highlight.
