Pretty easy, someone calls you over the phone from some third-party. They then tell you about the position, how much it is paying, and help you get an actual interview at the store with one of the assistant managers or the store manager. Once you go in, the manager, gives you the simple run-down on why you applied, you know, the usual interview questions. Personally, I got hired on the spot.
