First round was an HR phone screen, where they asked some general questions, such as why I was interested in the role and what I knew about the company. I was then invited to a second-round technical interview, which was a pair programming session with two interviewers. At the beginning, they provided one of their internal projects and asked me to clone it from GitHub and run it locally(By using Docker). The project contained several bugs, and I was expected to identify and fix them. The issues involved SQL queries, frontend UI, and backend business logic. The session was scheduled for one hour, but it ended up taking around 90 minutes. But I didn’t receive an offer. The feedback was quite general — they mentioned they had found a more suitable candidate. The entire process took about three weeks.
