Interview
Got contacted by a recruiter for this programme. Had to do an online test first to see if my language knowledge was good enough (this was for a Norwegian speaking position) and read some texts and then answer some questions. This took about 30 minutes.
After this the next step was a phone interview with one of the recruiters for Pay Pal, I needed to prepare for this because I got loads of questions about previous situations I've been in. in my past jobs, this took a little over 30 min.
They were satisfied with my answers so I had another phone interview, this was fairly short, they asked me some questions about what I liked to do on my sparetime and why I wanted to work for them etc. I also had a quick phone call with a Norwegian woman working there just so she could confirm that I really speak Norwegian.
Finally I got called for the face to face interview. They asked loads of similar questions to my first phone interview, and then I had to do 2 written tests, one in Norwegian and one in English. This took about 45 min. I also had to do a 'presentation' for 10-15 min. In total the face to face interview lasted for about 2hrs.

Most questions were like this: 'Tell me about a time when you...'
And the normal questions 'Why Pay Pal'
