Interview
1st Round: Interviewing with the people that could be your direct superior (Sales Managers)
Easy interview, simple questions most anyone could answer. "Name a time you displayed grit" "Tell me a little about yourself" you'll get called back unless you really screw up
2nd round: Interview with your superiors superior and maybe additional sales managers who didn't get to interview you the 1st day.
They do drug test so be prepared for after the second interview, they will give you an offer and once you accept, you have 48-72 hours to complete. This goes for EVERY individual

Interview
Interviewed with 3 people, 2 people at once, one was a team leader and the other a sales manager. Met with a 3rd person afterwards to essentially interview all over again with her.

Normal basic questions that all entry level jobs asked you, a lot of behavioral based questions so really just prepare for those.

You start with a phone screen. Once you pass that they decide to bring you in for an interview with 3-5 manager who ask you questions to see if you are a fit for their team.
