Initial phone interview was a positive experience. HR Recruiter was knowledgable and personable. Provided me insight on the culture and the position. This is phase 1 of the process. A online assessment is conducted that is a combination of personality and skills testing. In person interview was conducted. Hiring manager was professional and asked basic interview questions to determine suitability for the position. Questions like: Describe you most challenging project and how you handled it. Describe how you handled a situation where you lost an existing customer.

Seemed standard and pleasant enough early in process. Disappointing practices in retrospect. Recruiter ghosted and went out of office without a backup contact for a week (email bounce back). No reply to follow ups on status.
