First interview was with two managers

-tell me about a time you helped someone make a desision
-tell me about a time someone caused you stress
-tell me about a mistake youve made
-tell me about a time you had to accomplish multiple demands
-tell me about the most sucessful team you have been apart of
then there was a ROLE PLAY on the sales floor
second interview was a little more chatty and laid back.
