I applied in-person. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was a 10 minutes or so interview. I applied for a part time job as a student. The interview was simple, short and sweet. The manager asked maybe 10 questions max. I was given an answer right away.
In person interview with the store manager. Super easy. Few questions about your skills and then the manager will test you with a simulation exercice. The manager will give you a shoe and you'll have to sell it to her.
Friendly interviewer who was very kind and courteous about the process and next steps to get hired. I ended up accepting another job and did not proceed with a second interview.
