I put in an application on the 3rd of December and received a call the next day telling me that I was invited for an interview the following Tuesday. I made sure to arrive early for the interview so that I could give a good impression. It ended up being a better decision then I had originally thought because I was then able to talk to the Assistant Manager, watch her in action, and get a real feel of the store before my actual interview. The actual interview by the way? It was much more like a conversation, which is something I had heard from other people before, but had never experienced myself. She asked me a few questions that were related to the job (primarily basic behavior questions), but she also asked me about my life, interests, hobbies, and we got on quite well. Towards the end of the interview she asked me if I wanted to come onboard as a sales associate and I said absolutely!

Fairly typical interview process, they call and set up an available time with you. They do not do group interviews. They ask fairly typical questions pertaining to retail, no questions stand out.
