Interview
I interview with the AM then the Manger. The first interview was basic interview questions. The second with the Manager had the same basic interview questions followed by two on demand "tests." The manager acted like a customer, and I had to go up and assist her with what she was looking at. Then the manager went to an aisle, messed up some shoes, and gave me two minutes to clean shoes up.

I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
