I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paylocity in Jul 2016
Interview
The process took less than a week. I applied for the AM position in July of 2016. I was contacted by the recruiter saying they were having a hiring event during the month and she wanted me to attend. The interview process was seamless and the people that I met were great. This is a quickly growing company that is looking for people that can grow with them. It started with a phone screening by the recruiter and then a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. This company is great at creating a relaxing environment to interview in and it felt more like a conversation.
