Recruiter contacted me by phone first. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Gave a lot of information about the company up front. Setup a call with the hiring manager, with a quick turnaround. 60-minute video interview with hiring manager was conversational and informal, however, typical interview questions were asked. Hiring manager stated I would hear from the recruiter by end of next day, at the latest. Later the same afternoon, I received a call with an offer, from the recruiter. Very easy, straightforward process. Hiring manager stated that the company doesn't like to drag out the hiring process.
