I applied on the company website for the job posting. A Recruiter emailed me to set up an interview time. She suggested a specific day/time and I responded back to say that works (and even provided other openings in case that one no longer worked for her). Not only did she not call me that day, but I have also not heard from her since. Terrible candidate experience, which is especially apparent as I come from a recruiting background.
