I recieved a call from the recruiter and we talked for a bit about the company, what I was looking for and about the position. We then set up a phone screen for the next day to talk in more detail about my background. From there, I was invited to come into the office and interview with two managers. Both were laid back and inviting. Very easy to talk to and also shared more of the company's background. A few days later the recruiter called again and we set up an interview with the VP of the department. He also was very easy to talk to and gave a very in depth description on how the company started and the plans for the future.
