I applied online. I interviewed at Payoneer (London, England)
Interview
Screening call with the recruiter
Interview with 2 stakeholders
Comprehensive (multiple questions) presentation that mostly consisted of admin based questions
Final interview with one stakeholder
I was passed along multiple recruiters throughout the process - it was unclear who was owning this process. Timeframes between interviews was weeks. I was asked to put together a lengthy task - given no opportunity to present it just had to send a powerpoint in for a "review" - told it was a strong pass (with no direct feedback) moved to final interview and then told they decided to hire the role in Israel instead
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Payoneer (Bengaluru) in May 2026
Interview
2 rounds of technical interview on the same day one with interviewer and after shortlisting other with the manager after final review of the profile with the HR salary discussion
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Payoneer (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very positive overall.
The process was structured, with clear stages and expectations shared in advance, and the interviewers were sharp yet approachable, focusing on real product challenges rather than brainteasers. I especially appreciated the discussion around strategy, product sense, and cross‑functional collaboration. Communication was timely throughout and I received feedback within the timeframe they committed to at the start
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked one question that really stood out: “Tell me about a product decision you owned end‑to‑end, including the trade‑offs you made and how you measured success.”
