This was one of the funnest interviews I have ever been on. The guy who interviewed me made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. He made it very clear that this was not an uptight company and it was all about the products and our customers.

Question 1
How much I knew about each product. Although I have been an Apple user for years, I couldnt think of all the things I knew. I was nervous still.

Interview
I aplied for the position of part-time sales specialist on about April 23rd or 2013, and I recieved a call from the store manager in mid-May of 2013. There was only one interview, and the type of questions really threw me off. I thought they would be about detailed computer information, but it was more focused on me as a person, not me as a computer specialist, which I liked.

The most difficult question I was asked was "If you are trying to explain to an older customer what an external hard drive/flash drive does, how would you do it?" and "How would you explain the different storage spaces to an older customer?"
