Case study was sent. Duration was one week. It was not easy. There was no interview. They send me email and i could not get the job. They were very nice.

Interview
I applied online. What I liked was that from LinkedIn I got directed to the homepage to apply which makes it more personal than just a click on LinkedIn. I included a cover letter. In Turkey, you usually don’t get the chance to give your application a personal touch so I appreciated this option.
The whole process took less than three weeks.
I personally experienced the interview process as really fast and flexible. A case study as well as a CEO interview were included in my process. The CEO himself told me his story about how he founded the company and how it developed. I was impressed by that part since usually you don’t even get to see the CEO during the job, let alone as a candidate. What I wasn’t told but also didn’t ask was the ratio between candidates and open positions. Would have been nice to know. Overall for me, the whole process was a really positive experience and in comparison to other interview processes I’ve been through I felt valued as a person and also as a candidate. However, after each interview I couldn’t guess what they think.

Question 1
I found the interviews rather informative without the typical questions but the case study was challenging. In the last step they made me the offer. I’m working there for 6 months now and I still like it.
