Pearl Academy interview questions

There was a telephonic screening call first. After that an in-person meeting was scheduled with the Department Head. That interview lasted for about 45 mins covering base on design methodologies, current industry experience, how could I contribute meaningfully to design education and what kind of curriculum best prepares students for their professional journey

It is generally a 2-3 step process starting with a phone Interview and then a detailed face to face or video call with the Department heads and Area Heads. There is also a psychometric round and a detailed round with the HR and student's counsellor
