Not professional, disrespectful process. I had home assignment that included 2 parts. Three hours before the scheduled meeting, they canceled it. Doesn’t appreciate your time and afford you put in the task.

First step was HR phone interview and then zoom interview with the professional manager, home tasks sent via email and then another interview with senior manager. Then a proposal and HR again
