I had a phone interview with them that went well. A couple days later they asked me to come in for an onsite. I drove down only to have a 10-minute "interview" where they asked me to come back in a week after prepping a short presentation on something interesting in tech. That could have easily been in the email asking me to come in for an onsite. Never the less I drove home and prepped a presentation. After going back in and giving it they told me they would love to hire me on and would get in touch with the contract. They never did and I never reached out as the interview process made me feel this would not be the place for me.
