The Problem: When these companies want to launch a new product or change a process (like a new way to process insurance claims), it takes years because their "legacy" code is too tangled and rigid.

Interview
The inteviews are more focused on OOP, SQL, DSA, Projects and some general questions depends on interviewer. There are total of 3 rounds, in which 2 are Technical Round and last one is HR Round
Good. They ask logical question. They want that the candidate must have an attitude and can adopt the technology. You should be having a proper basic knowledge on what you are applying for.
