Interviewed with two of the engineers that I'd be working with, they were both great. Rather than asking awful, generic, HR questions, they described what the company does, and what they were looking to have someone do for them, then asked how my experience could fulfill their needs. That was refreshing, compared to the usual generic questions. They showed me the facility, it was very clean and tidy, well maintained.
