Pelago interview questions

I spoke with the asst. recruiter on the phone and she asked me to come in to meet with 4 people in one day. Since it was such a small company at the time, I thought this was a lot. But it turns out the people were very nice and the interviews were not difficult. They were most interested in my Amazon background since many of them came from there as well. I had a nice talk with the Director of Marketing, mostly about rock bands and books we'd liked, not about the job. It gave me a good impression of what it would be like working for him.
