I applied through freshersworld, First an inital process was conducted by freshersworld test and communication round.Then we were sent to the company for further process , It consisted of 5 rounds written followed by 3 technical and one Hr round. A few no of students were only selected after the test and they also take a lot of time in interviewing.
I went through freshers world so first thy hv taken gd thn for shortlisted candidates thy sent to pelatro. Thr First apti round was thr n it was of easy level thn technical round thn hr round

Hiring process through - Fresher's world
Initial screening process of Ceat test(online test)
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend second round of screening process by fresher's world,i.e., either gd or just face-face,this would be held in Hsr layout - fresher's world office.
Final shortlisted candidates will receive call letter to attend interview at Pelatro
1st round - Written test
Consists of 4 sections 20ques
Aptitude ( pipes and cisterns,average, percentage,clock etc)
Verbal ( easy-peasy questions)
Gk( who's president of India, founder of Hotmail etc)
Technical( C,Unix,C++ and SQL)
Time limit 1&half HR
2nd round - Technical face-face
3rd round - HR
Suggestion - Concentrate more on written test
Cut off would be high
