I was reached out by recruiter for a Sr iOS engineer role at Peloton. - First step was call with recruiter to learn about my background and fit - Second step was technical coding round, Hands on coding I was sent an invite to move to next round but 2 days later I received an email from the recruiter that the role was filled. I felt like they were hiring many candidates at a time for 1 opening. My advice to recruitment team is if there is a candidate close to accepting offer to wait for that before continuing interviewing more candidates. I felt like my time was not valued.
